Patti Mazhude is the firm’s Employment Law Consultant. She was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2002 and has over 20 years experience in employment law matters. She has represented both employers and employees in investigations, negotiations for sensitive employee exits, restructurings and redundancy processes and associated processes. Patti was also called as a Barrister in 2002 and is also a litigator, having served as Head of Litigation, Head of Legal, General Counsel and Senior Regulatory Counsel in banks and financial services institutions.
